At JG7ART, each artwork is carefully printed and prepared to ensure optimal quality. Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If your order arrives damaged or if an error has occurred on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the received product and packaging

After review, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation

Artistic Variations

Slight variations in color or appearance may occur between screen display and final print. These differences are not considered defects.
